Payment​

How can I pay for DACMERCH products?  
We accept cash, non-personal checks, Paypal, and all major credit cards. All invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any merchandise or custom orders.


How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is based on the garments you choose, how many colors and locations of screen printing you get, and the quantity you order.
Orders are determined by the artwork – all garments with the same design are treated as the same order. This means the design must remain the same size and number of colors. We have price breaks at quantities of 12 – the higher the price break you reach, the lower the cost of your order. We also offer a range of discounts. For example, if you pre-pay in full, you get 10% off your total.

When do I pay, and what methods of payment do you accept?
We ask for 50% down when you place your order, and the balance due at pickup. You’re welcome to pay online via Paypal, which also includes credit and debit options.  In our store, we accept cash, business and personal checks, credit cards, and POs from organizations. If you want to call your payment in, we gladly accept credit card numbers over the phone.


I want pay with a credit card, is my information safe?
Yes. We use shopping carts and checkout pages by Paypal, the most secure way to shop online!

Does DACMERCH offer financing?
We do not at this time. However you can pay with a credit card or use Paypal Credit.

Shipping

What shipping service do you use?

Local orders can be picked up or we can deliver to you. For orders shipped out of town, we usually use USPS or UPS. Depending on your order size, we may offer free shipping or delivery.

 

How long does it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but can take up 1-2 weeks to arrive. We offer expedited shipping during checkout if you want your order sooner. Custom orders over quantities of 24 can take up to 7-10 days.

 

Do you offer Overnight Shipping?

Yes however, If Overnight Shipping is chosen your order must be placed before 6pm EST to ship the next business day. Custom orders may not be eligible.


How long does international shipping take to arrive?

Depending on your location, internation orders can take up to 7-14 business days at arrive. International USPS and UPS tracking will not update as often and will often just show when the package was delivered.

Quality

​​How should I wash my new t-shirt(s)?
For best results, we recommend using cold water and mild detergents. Hang dry when possible or turn garment inside out and dry on low heat.
 
What Material Are Your Shirts Made Of? 
99% Of Our T-Shirts are 100% Preshrunk Cotton.


Are your shirts silk screened?
Most of them are. Some designs feature digital transfer sublimation techniques.


Can I upgrade on the T-shirt quality? 
All brands of shirts are not created equal. We have a wide range of styles available. Whether you need soft, thick, moisture wicking, eco friendly, or big and tall, or all of the above...we have the product for you!

Returns/Exchnages

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. What do I do? 
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is believed to be defective, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to you, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and reimburse your shipping charges after you have sent the defective / incorrect shirt back to us. 
 
 
Do you offer exchanges or returns? 
We will accept returns for exchange only within 7 days of delivery date. Sorry, no refunds as our items are custom screen printed to order. PLEASE order according to our size chart posted In each of our listings, otherwise If you need to send a shirt back for an exchange you the buyer are completely liable for the new shipping fees to send the new shirt back to you. However, If you ensure you pick the right sizing before you purchase, all should be good. If you have any problem with your order, we will definitely do what I can to help straighten things out. *Sorry but we cannot exchange and or refund any custom personalized items or bulk orders of 4 or more of one design.
 
Exchanges: Send shirt(s) In the same condition that was sent to you, meaning brand new, unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no deodorant markings inside of shirt, free of any type of pet hair, free of fragrances and cigarette smoke to:

Custom Printing

Do I need to supply my own artwork?  
Not at all! We can help you with your design for a small fee. Depending on your order size, we may reimburse you for the artwork charge.
 
Can I supply my own t-shirts?
Absolutely. However, we strongly urge you to discuss the quality of the apparel with us first. The apparel must also be new and it is your duty to get them to our facility. The paying party must also sign form 22FU before work can begin.
 
Are there any set-up fees?
Yes we charge a small setup charge for each color going on your shirt. Depending on your order size, we may reimburse you for the setup fees.
 
How will I know the quality of my custom apparel will be up to my standards?
We stand behind our work. At your request, we will first print a sample garment for you to test out washing, wear, etc. We will only do this after setup fees, and any applicable artwork charges have been paid.  
 
Can order more of my design at a later date?
We will save your design at our shop for a maximum of 6 months. After the elapsed time, you will have to pay set-up fees again.
